Planning Commission minutes are attached (Exhibit <br />C). <br />Property owners submitted an application requesting replacement of on attached 9' X 28' deck w iihin <br />75' of the lakeshore. a 23' X 28.8' garag* addition encroaching within 75' of the lakeshore. and a 12* <br />X 20' porch with attached 12' X IT deck within 75’ of the lakeshore. <br />Original proposal required the following variances, all revisions to the plan arc in bold text.
