Parking areas in side or rear yards shall be set back 10 feet from residentially zoned property. One parking space shall be provided fur each 4 seals of capacity in the main assemhiy hall or sanctuary, with additional parking required per the standards of the Zoning Chafer fur other facilities such as classrooms, licensed day care facilities or offices. 6.
