mm <br />City of OROIVO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. ^86-1________ <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A <br />CONDITIONAL USB PERMIT PER <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.20, SUBDIVISION 3 (G) <br />PILE #955 <br />WHEREAS, David M. Winton (hereinafter "the applicant") is <br />the owner of the property located at 1780 Shoreline Drive within the <br />City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows; <br />Ai * that part of Tract A lying Southerly of a line drawn from a <br />point on the Southwesterly line of said Tract A distant 80 feet <br />Northwesterly of the most Easterly corner of Tract B, to a point <br />on the Northeasterly line of said Tract A distant 80 feet North­ <br />westerly of a judicial landmark placed at the intersection of the <br />East and Northeasterly lines of said Tract A; and <br />All that part of Tract B lying Southerly of a line drawn from a <br />point on the Southwesterly line of said Tract B distant 80 feet <br />Northwesterly of the most Southerly corner of said Tract B, to a <br />point on the Northeasterly line of said Tract B distant 80 feet <br />Northwesterly of the most Easterly corner of said Tract B; and <br />Tracts C, D, E, and I; and <br />Tract K except that part thereof lying between Tracts G and J and <br />Southwesterly of a line drawn parallel with and 20 feet Westerly <br />of the Easterly line of said Tract H; all in Registered Land <br />Survey No. 245, files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, <br />(hereinafter "property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to permit the construction of a guest house on <br />a separate 2.2 acre parcel historically considered and used as a part <br />of the principal dwelling property, per Municipal Zoning Code Section <br />10.20, Subdivision 3 (G). <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File 1955. <br />2. The property is located in the LR-IA Single Family Lakeshore <br />Residential Zoning District. <br />3.
