No other standards arc listed as applying to church uses. It may be appropriate to develop a list a <br />conditions that would apply to a church use if it is determined to be an appropriate use in the B-4 <br />district. Those conditions can apply to such items as, lighting, lighting, landscaping, hours of <br />operation, how church can use an existing building (i.e. percentage of ofTice space that can be <br />devoted to the church use or whether the church should own the building) and any other standards <br />by which the public health and welfare are protected. <br />Issues for Discussion <br />1.Is the B-4 office district an appropriate zoning district for church use?
