Block 1. East Willow Woods. This propert>’ is located at 2350 West Wayzau Boulevard. <br />Enclosed arc drawings identifying the proposed easement vacation, as well os the proposed <br />replacement easements. Because the property owner. Clifford Otten. has acquired a parcel of land <br />between Lot 2 and Highway 12. he is proposing to vacate a portion of the easement in Lot 2 and <br />grant a new easement to replace it along the Highway 12 frontage of the newly acquired parcel. <br />Please advise whether you have any objections to vacation of the portion of easement shown.
