November 18,2000 <br />Michael GaOron <br />Please consider this tcner lo be a petition from Mr. and Mrs. Otten to the Orono City Council asking <br />them to vacate the platted utility and drainage easements along the south boundary of Lot 2. Block 1, <br />EAST WILLOW WOODS adjacent to Outlot I. LONG LAKE COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK. Please ask your City Engineer to prepare a precise legal description for the easement area to <br />be vacated that assures that the remaining public utility and drainage easement in Lot 2. Block 1, <br />EAST WILLOW WOODS, dovetails with the new public utility and drainage easement in Outlot I, <br />LONG LAKE COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL PARK. I would like to review the City Engineer’s <br />legal description and sketch before you present this matter to the City Council. <br />Thank you for your continuing cooperation in this matter.
