The subject property is serviced by an on-site septic system. The location of the storage building will <br />not interfere with the current septic system or foture sites within the property. The existing septic <br />system is conforming but located on the other side of the property and residence. The applicant is <br />planning to install a holding tank. The holding tank proposal has been approved by the on-site <br />system manager, Matt Bolterman. However, a holding tank does require City Council approval. <br />issue of the holding tank ran be reviewed by the City Council simultaneously with the <br />conditional use permit. <br />Items for Dbcussion: <br />1. Does Planning Commission find that the proposed use will not be detrimental to the <br />neighborhood? <br />2. Does Planning Commission find that the proposed fixtures are in keeping with the intended <br />use as a work/storage room? <br />3. Does the property owner confirm acceptance of the restrictive covenant to be placed on the <br />chain of title placing conditions on the accessory building?
