Ayes (9) • Nays (0). <br />Page 2 <br />LAKE ACCESS COMPLAINTS <br />Nilliaa Sween represented Raynond Abrahamson <br />on a division of his property. A^rer a <br />discussion on lot sixe and drainage in the <br />area. <br />DIVISION <br />Abrahamson <br />Kullberg moved, Southworth seconded, that <br />Mr. Abrahamson get a topographical map of <br />the plat and meet other preliminary plat <br />procedures ns oetlined in the ordinance and <br />present then to the Planning Commission at <br />their next meeting. Motion, Ayes (9) • <br />Nays (0). <br />Elmo Ginkle represented Harold Roberts i. <br />a rearrangement and division of Lots 1 thtwUgh <br />S, Block 2, Casco Heights, asking for three <br />lots out of the five combined. It was <br />noted that the lots are not presently <br />serviced by sewer, the service being one lot <br />away. <br />DIVISION <br />Casco Heights <br />I <br />Poisson moved, Nicholls seconded, that a <br />division of two lots instead of three would <br />bring the division closer to the require* <br />ments of the code and so recommended <br />contingent on the area being serviced by <br />sewer. Kullberg maintained that there <br />were many SO* lots with residences on them <br />in the area. Motion, Ayes (a) • Nays (1). <br />Kullberg Nay. <br />mm:".; <br />The division of Thomas Crosby consisting of <br />39.26 acres into two lots, one 16.6 acres, <br />the other 23.20 acres was studied. It was <br />noted that the division would leave the <br />smaller parcel land-locked. <br />Elliott moved, Nicholls seconded, that the <br />applicant be notified that he move the <br />north line of the smaller lot further north, <br />either at an angle or straight, so as to <br />provide at least 60* frontage on East Long <br />Lake Road.
