MifrUTES OP A RBGUUR :16BT1NG HELD MARCH 15, 1971 <br />th« property of the preient and proposed <br />buildings and an approval in writing by <br />the affected property owners, accompany <br />^tlie foresaid variance application. <br />Page 2 <br />PAyes (6) - Nays (0). <br />Motion, <br />Discussion was then held on the aims of <br />the Couiission. <br />AMS <br />Poisson movedf Southworth seconded, that <br />business aeetinns be held on the first and <br />third Monday of each month and the last <br />part of the meetings be used -to discuss <br />village planning; also, that since there <br />would now be two meetings a month, that all <br />applications for hearings would be presented <br />at least 10 days ahead of the meeting to <br />allow ample study by members. Motion, <br />Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />TWO MONTHLY MEETINGS <br />Southworth moved, Ga«;ch seconded, that <br />members meet on the second and fourth <br />Monday of each month at 12 noon for a <br />luncheon at a designated cafe to review <br />tlie upcoming agenda and plan for viewing <br />of affected sites. The first such meeting <br />would bs at the Buckhorn Cafe, Long Lake, <br />March 22, 1971.
