Ayes (01 - Nays (0). <br />Ray Abrnhamson represented himself in an <br />application for a division of his property <br />at 225 North Ferndale Road. Me ashed if <br />his property could be placed in tlie new <br />3/4 acre zone if it meets all the requirements <br />of the new zoning. Motion, Ayes (ilW <br />Nays 9)t4rjL .. c /in b <br />John Fischer represented the Wood-Rill <br />Foundation in an application for rezoning <br />explaining that due to a time element he’ <br />was presenting the Planning Commission with <br />pertinent information that will bo presented <br />to the Village Council at the public hearing <br />scheduled on January 25, 1971. Ho presented <br />the following exhibits: 1) Applications <br />for rezoning; 2) A list of signatures of <br />adjacent property owners approving the <br />rezoning. He had the necessary 50| and <br />stated tliat duo to the fact many people <br />wore away, was hopeful of obtaining <br />approval from all tlio adjacent properties; <br />3) Aerial photo of property; 4) A plat <br />of the area showing the present construction, <br />the proposed construction and outlines of <br />the area where construction could take place, <br />separating it from open areas. Mr. Fischer <br />explained that the proposal was for a 60 <br />bedroom unit, that it was to be stipulated <br />that there would never be over 300 neople <br />at anytime which allowed 2-1/2 acres per <br />person and that no more than 151 of the <br />property would bo built on; 5) A schematic <br />and mockiip of the pronerty showing construction <br />when funished, showing parking areas and <br />topo of the property. <br />ZONING ORDINANCE <br />AMENDMENT <br />DIVISION <br />225 North Ferndale Road <br />WOOD-RILL FOUNDATION <br />Russell moved, Parten seconded, that it be <br />recommended that the rezoning be allowed. <br />Motion, Ayes (8) - Nays (0).
