Ayes (6) - <br />Nays (0). <br />Rex Ressler appeared to answer questions <br />regarding liis application for a garage <br />setback variance. Members in a orior <br />meeting had asked for a survey showing <br />present and proposed structures. Mr. <br />Ressler stated tiie cost of a survey <br />prohibited him from using such a procedure. <br />He presented a more detailed sketch of <br />present and proposed structures made by <br />himself. He was again cautioned on the <br />inherent danger of constructing close to <br />property lines without a survey. Nicholls <br />was of the opinion that tnis was a legal <br />matter between he and tnc adjacent neighbor <br />and should not influence a decision. <br />Van Nest moved, Searles seconded, approval <br />should be recommended conditioned on: <br />1. Not less than 4* from the side lot line. <br />2. Not less than 4* from the road easement <br />line. <br />3. Not less than 10* from the residence, <br />itotion. Ayes (6) • Nays (0). <br />Discussion was held on tlie progress of tne <br />community seminars currently being held. <br />Searles moved, Kullberg seconded, that tne <br />meeting be adjourned at 8:50 P.M.
