MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD NAY 15, 1972 Page 2 <br />Mayor Oberhauser spoke froa the floor <br />saying that it was up to the applicant <br />to show the project was in the public <br />interest, which is the prine objective <br />Ordinance NO. 12S in its statenent of policy. <br />Elliott moved, Ryerse seconded, that Mr. <br />Dayton should bring in further substantiating <br />information for the meeting of June 5, 1972, <br />to show that the project will be in the <br />public interest. <br />Discussion was now held whether this <br />an official meeting since there was not <br />a quorum present. <br />It was decided that all the remaining items <br />on the agenda should be moved to the June 5, <br />1972 meeting, but that if anybody who had <br />come for the meeting wished to be heard <br />members would listen and discuss. Mr. <br />NcCleary and Mr. Schultz spoke. On the <br />natter of Mr. Schultz, members recommended <br />that the lot be cleaned up before any <br />further action would be taken; also, that <br />he make an investigation of lot with somebody <br />having expertise in the natter of septic <br />systems before he purchased the lot. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.H. <br />Respctfully submitted. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PER.IIT <br />(Continued) <br />NO QUORUM <br />POSTPONED AGENDA <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mike Scheller <br />Secretary
