Motion, Ayes (8) - Nays (0). <br />MINUTES <br />January 3, 1972 <br />Elliott, Kyerse and Searles were duly sworn <br />in as Planning Commission members by Village <br />Administrator tlartin. <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />Wayne VanderVort represented Margaret <br />Antoine in a division of property legally <br />described as Lot 26 and the south 30* of <br />Lot 27, Coffee's Addition to Shadywood, <br />Parcel 5400. The division call - for two <br />half-acre lots meeting the requirements of <br />the R-ID rone and one parcel 30* X approximately <br />>^^^ 330', which would not. <br />Searles moved, Ryerse seconded, that tentative <br />approval should be given, conditioned that the <br />30* on the plat as presented be shown as <br />legally combined with either Lot 27, the <br />property to the north or combined with parcels <br />1 or 2 as shown on the plat to meet the minimum <br />lot size. Motion, Ayes (8) - Nays (0). <br />DIVISION <br />Fagerness Point Road 4 <br />Concordia Street <br />.lembers studied the Thorpe division of 10 acres <br />into two 5 acre parcels, on the half-section <br />map. <br />Southworth moved, Gasch seconded, that since <br />the plat met all the requirements of the <br />zoning ordinance and ordinance No. 132, that <br />approval should be recommended and owners <br />should be notified that further development <br />would require full compliance with the platting <br />ordinance. Motion, Ayes (8) - Nays (0). <br />DIVISION <br />3725 Watertown Road <br />Tne attorney for Mr. and Mrs. Earl Dorn <br />represented them in the reopening of a <br />conditional use permit apnlied for in <br />April 1, 1971, and withdrawn, asking for <br />permission to establish a children's day <br />camp for two summer sessions. The attorney <br />brought out that that to break even it would <br />be required that 32 children would have to be <br />in attendance at each session.
