Public Works has indicated the sewer service would be available along the south and cast property <br />lines. Water service is available along Shadywood Road. An 8" water service would be required <br />to be installed along the north s'de of the new buildings where each individual service eould directly <br />connect. <br />Primar}’ Issues for Discussion: <br />1. Re/oning the property would make the west 'A of the property usable for office space. Is <br />office use an appropriate use for the property? Is the office use compatible with the <br />residential uses immediately adjacent to the property? <br />2. Should the City review the option of creating a PUD ordinance that would allow commercial <br />developments, sueh as that proposed by the applicant? Without a PUD ordinance the <br />proposed development could not happen with separate lots for each office building. <br />OPTIONS FOR ACTION <br />To make recommendations on issues relating to the proposed site plan.
