Motion, Ayes (6) • <br />Nays (0). <br />Page 4 <br />VARIANCE <br />Bohn <br />(Continued) <br />Paurus moved, Ryerse seconded, that the <br />"simple division" of Parcel 3420, be approved <br />in accordance with Section 39. j d of the <br />ordinance. Motion, Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />DIVISION <br />Winton <br />Q <br />Mr. Gobel explained to the Planning Commission <br />that when he sold the guest house on Lot 7 <br />of his property he consulted the Village and <br />they required that it be connected to the <br />sewer. By complying with this request, Mr. <br />Gobel felt that he had met all the Village <br />requirements. Now that he is selling his <br />hone on Lot 6, he found that Lot 6 Q 7 are <br />one parcel and must be divided. Because <br />of the size of Lots 6 B 7, Acting Chairman <br />Searles felt that the Planning'Commission should <br />inspect the property and ask our legal counsel <br />for his comments before any recommendation <br />is made. <br />DIVISION B VARIANCE <br />Gobel <br />Guthrie moved, Ryerse seconded, that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 10:10 P.M. <br />Motion, Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />Respectfully submitted. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Dexter J.
