Lot 5, Block 2, Country Club Addition, <br />was platted before the existing zoning <br />ordinance and because of this the whole sub« <br />division does not conforu to existing standards. <br />Lot S is as big as any lot in Country Club Addition, <br />and it would be iapossible for Mr. Elner to <br />purchase property on either side because there <br />homes <br />VARIANCE <br />Elner <br />are already there. <br />Guthrie moved, Searles seconded, that the <br />variance for lot width and area be approved. <br />Notion, Ayes (S) - Nays (0). <br />G <br />Chairman Poisson submitted his resignation as <br />Chairman of the Planning Commission although <br />he would like to remain a member of the <br />Commission. Searles iuggested that a <br />committee made up of Kullberg, Searles, and <br />Poisson make a recommendation to the Planning <br />Commission at their July work session <br />regarding the availability and interest of <br />any of the members in the chairmanship. <br />RESIOtATION <br />Poisson <br />Searles moved, Paurus seconded, that the <br />meeting be adjourned at 10:25 P.?I.
