Motion. Ayea (6) - Nays (0) <br />Cheyenne Land Ccnpany has submitted a pre <br />liminary plat for 3k lota on 45.18 aorea <br />which Is presently zoned R-1C. The compre <br />hensive plan designates this land for large <br />lot zoning, ihe developer would install a <br />sewer line either to the proposed Metropol <br />itan sewer line or to the Long Lake sewer <br />plant. <br />Mr. Knutson, who represented the engineering <br />fins which designed the plat was asked If he <br />oould redesign the plat excluding all the wet <br />lands. It was realized that each lot would be <br />something less than an acre, but that would <br />be more desirable than having lots that were <br />one-half wetlands and one-half bulldable land. <br />Blllott moved. Hays seconded that a variance be <br />^granted due to the amount of bulldable land <br />aha since the house would be oriented towards <br />a wetland and not the road.
