Habusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: <br />SUBJECT: <br />October 23, 1979 <br />1526 First National Bank of Navarre, 2465 Shadywood Road <br />SUBDIVISION <br />SKETCH PLAN REVIEW <br />In the process of reviewing the First National Bank of Navarre's <br />commercial site plan, the Covuicil has required a plat dividing <br />the zoning districts. All commercial activity must be contained <br />within the B-4 zone. The B-4 property's (Lot 2) area is a little <br />over an acre and the LR-IB lot (Lot 1) is just over four acres. <br />The residential lot has a designated wetlands of about one acre <br />along the Kelly Avenue side. There is just one access point <br />available along Kelly Avenue touching southern property line. <br />The entire parcel is sewered. A Flowage and Conservation Easement <br />will be required.
