Habusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE:November 19, 1979 <br />SUBJECT: #530 Robert Niichel, 3135 Jamestovm Road - METES AND BOUND <br />SUBDIVISION <br />The applicant proposes a metes and bounds division of his property. <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Liberty Acres, into two parcels. Parcel A, non <br />bulldable, is .32 acre and is to be combined with Lot 4, Block 1, <br />Liberty Acres. The subdivision will still allow Parcel B a total <br />of 5 plus acres with the necessary minimum 2 acres dry buildable. <br />Lot 4, Block 1 is one of those marginal 2 acre dry buildable lots <br />(remember Tanglewood off County Road 6) with additional limitations <br />such as poor soils, nearness of best building site to wetlands and <br />slope problems. The combination will give Lot 4 the best conditions <br />for a standard system and the necessary expansion room for a future <br />drainfield site. Please review the septic inspector's memo.
