CITY OF ORONO <br />NOTICE #5 <br />The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in <br />Chambers, at 1275 South Brown Road, on Monday, November 26, 1979, <br />at 7:45 P.M. on the matter of Richard J. Haefele, Erwin Martin, <br />and Richard Hassel's application for vacating a portion of Navarre <br />Lane described as follows: <br />Those parts of Lot 5, Block 3, Tovnalce of Langdon <br />Park, and of Governaent Lot 6, Section 17, Township <br />117, Range 23, described as follows: Beginning <br />at the Bost Easterly corner of Lot 21, WILEY'S NAVARRE <br />ADDITION, LAKE MINNETONKA; thence Southwesterly to <br />the BOSt Southerly corner of Lot 22 in said WILEY'S <br />NAVARRE ADDITION; thence Northwesterly along the <br />line between said WILEY'S NAVARRE ADDITION and <br />Lot S, Block 3, Tovnsite of Langdon Park to the <br />Northeasterly line of the right-of-way of County <br />Road 19 in said -Lot 5; thence Southeasterly along <br />the Northeasterly line of said right-of-way and its <br />extension to the Westerly line of Tract A, Registered <br />Land Survey No. 1433, Files of the Registrar of Titles, <br />County of Hennepin; thence Northerly along the <br />Westerly line of said Tract A to the BOst Northerly <br />corner of said Tract A; thence Northeasterly along <br />the Northwesterly line of the plat of LAFAYETTE RIDGE <br />to its intersection with the Southeasterly extension <br />of the Northeasterly line of Lot 21 in said WILEY'S <br />NAVARRE ADDITION; thence Northwesterly to the point <br />of beginning; EXCEPT that part of said Lot 5 described <br />as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner <br />of said Lot Five (5); thence Northwesterly along the <br />Northerly line of said Lot Five (5), to a point One <br />Hundred Fifty-two and 38/100 (152.38) feet Easterly <br />froB the point of intersection of said North line with <br />the Northeamerly line of the public highway running <br />across said Lot Five (5), and known as Minnetonka <br />Lake Park and Maple Plain Road; thence Southwesterly <br />One Hundred Fourteen (114) feet to a point in the <br />Northeasterly line of said road, distant Ninety-five <br />and 6/10 (95.6) feet Southeasterly froB the aforesaid <br />point of intersection of said Northeasterly line with the <br />Northerly line of said Lot Five (5); thence Southeasterly <br />along the Northeasterly line of said road to the Easterly <br />line of Lot Five (5); thence Northerly along the Easterly <br />line of said Lot Five (S) to point of beginning. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
