Planning Commission may decide an amendment <br />to the Code is necessary at this tiir noting present and future trends <br />for car manufacture and sales. <br />VII. Loading Berth <br />At least one loading berth 12* wide X 25' in length for any office <br />building of 6,000 s.f. or more. Area for loading berth must be <br />exclusive of required parking area and landscape buffer area. <br />VIII. Signs <br />200 s.f. of signs would be allowed. <br />IX. Access <br />Hennepin County Highway Department recommends the access be moved <br />further east to avoid turning movement conflicts with approved access <br />on north side of CSAH 15 of Hussman Development. The new centerline <br />of the access will be approximately 260' from west corner of lot. <br />The County is concerned with the mature tree growth along edge of lot <br />near recommended access. All new plantings must be set back far enough <br />to not interfere with access vision.
