In reviewing the enclosed ordinances, I will assume the following <br />findings to be correct. <br />1) A conditional use permit is required for all antennas up to a <br />height of 65' (Ord. 3A.033). <br />2) A conditional use permit is required to increase the height from <br />65' to 96.5' (Ord. 38.900). <br />3) A conditional use permit is required to increase the height from <br />96.5' to _ _ _ (Ord. 38.910). • <br />Mr. Petersen has erected an 85' antenna and proposes to erect a 120' <br />®ntenna. He requests a conditional use permit for both. A variance <br />to Ordinance No. 34.033 is required since he plans to erect more <br />than one antenna. All setbacks appear to have been met except for <br />the one facing the street. Please review enclosed site plan. <br />The applicant may provide a certification of setback by a surveyor. <br />STAFF UPDATE - AUGUST 29, 1979 <br />^ reviewed the current ordinances dealing with antennas with Bruce <br />Malkerson. The City Attorney concurs with the Zoning Administrator's <br />interpretation of Ordinances 34.033, 38.900 and 38.910. If you still <br />< have questions concerning this sectibn of the ordinance, call before <br />the meeting night. - - - -
