We plan to keep the rest of our land and build a smaller house on the <br />property's SW corner (Lot II). <br />Ue will grant the new owner a per^tual easement to Lot I using the present driveway, <br />extending it westward to reach our new house. You've indicated that a variance <br />near the barn/garage and the edge of the NW wetlands is grantable. <br />We recognize that should the Hendel property adjacent to ours be sold in the. near <br />future, detailed plats, surveys, etc. must be submitted for approval which incorporate: <br />a) HOving present driveway entrance some l00'-200' no>‘th and making it <br />more perpendicular to Willow Drive <br />b) Establishing an easement or 30' outlet for a private road for access <br />to all Lots. <br />We have plans drawn for our new house and would like to begin construction within <br />the next few weeks.
