Sometime in the near future, we will review a <br />subdivision application that will include the Hendel and Johnston <br />propert1^5 so save your notes. Lot 1 will contain 7+ acres and <br />still valid. The 50 road outlet will be replaced with a private <br />201. Lot 1 shall deed access in favor or Lot 2. <br />The existing driveway will remain until a future plat - access to <br />lots.
