The requirement of a residential structure is a "leftover" <br />from a predominantly farming community to assist the farmer in <br />transferring lands to offsprings. The City has approved metes <br />and bounds divisions before in the absence of residential structures. <br />Staff will schedule a Public Information Meeting as soon as the <br />septic test results are received and reviewed.
