Developer to obtain permit from MCWD. <br />2. Developer to obtain permit from Hennepin County Highway Department, <br />for work within right-of-way, <br />3. Approve landscaping plans as specified on plans dated <br />May 30,1979. <br />4. Sign area must not exceed 175 s.f. <br />5. City Engineer's review of drainage proposal to be presented at <br />Planning Commission meeting.
