Within the "B" and <br />"I" Districts naineplate signs and business signs are perinitted <br />subject to the following regulations; <br />38.031. B-1, B-2 and B-4; Size. Within the "B-l", <br />*’B-2", and *'B-4*' Districts, the aggregate square footage <br />of sign space per lot shall not exceed the sum of one <br />(1) scjuare foot for each front foot of building, plus one (1) <br />scuare foot for each front foot of lot not occupied by a <br />building. Within the "B-3“ District, the <br />aggregate scuare footage of sign space per lot shall not <br />exceed the sum of four (4) square feet per front foot of <br />building, plus one (1) square foot per front foot of <br />property not occupied by a building. No individual sign <br />surface shall exceed 100 scuare feet. <br />38.033. Ij Within any "1" District, the aggre­ <br />gate square footage of sign space per lot shall not exceed <br />the sum of four (4) square feet per front foot of building, <br />plus one (1) square foot per front foot of property not <br />occupied by a building. No individual sign surface shall <br />exceed 100 square feet. <br />38.034. B-1, B-2, and B-4; Height. Within the "B-1", <br />"B-2", and "B-4" Districts, no sign shall extend in <br />height more than two (2) feet above the highest outside <br />wall or parapet of any principal building nor shall any <br />sign be located closer than ten (10) feet from any prop­ <br />erty line except that any sign over ten (10) square feet <br />may project two (2) feet into any required yard area <br />from the principal building. <br />(Amended Ord. 172, 12-19-74, effective 1-1-75) <br />38-035. B-3 and I; tieight. Within any "B-3" or "I^ <br />District, no sign shall extend in height more than six (6) <br />feet in height above the highest outside wall or parapet <br />of any principal building.
