Staff recommends approval based on <br />the following findings: <br />1. Temporary occupancy certificate to expire on May 1, 1980. <br />2. Staff responsible for setting up a schedule to review "phase-out" <br />program - does Planning Commission have any recommendations. <br />3. Limit personnel to existing number: 5 full-time; 2 part-time. <br />4. Parking to remain on east and front side of facility. <br />5. Applicant has improved appearance of site since occupancy. <br />6. Degree of vandalism has decreased (confirmied by police). <br />7. Ignorance of facts upon purchase of property. <br />d
