Submittal of an up-to-date title opinion addressed <br />to the City. <br />5. Submittal of a sketch or map showing the location <br />of existing driveways or curb cuts into the property <br />plus submittal of a copy of the Hennepin County driveway <br />permit issued for construction of the new (in 1977/78) <br />access onto the Neil's parcel. <br />6. Payment of a park dedication fee according to* the <br />current schedule ($250.00 total). <br />7. To ensure uniform front yard building setbacks with <br />adjoining platted property, and because of a AO ft. <br />right-of-way dedication instead of the 50 ft. dedication <br />originally required in Resolution No. 889, a -rendition <br />of this Subdivision shall be that the minimum front yard <br />setback on this property shall be increased from 50 ft. <br />to 60 ft. measured perpendicularly from the right of way <br />of Sixth Avenue North. <br />This resolution will expire on July 13, 1979 if the above required <br />information has not been submitted to the City for final approval.- <br />.
