RESOLUTION NO. 1006 <br />A RESOLb iON REAFFIRMING PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />APPROVAL FOR ROGER FAZENDIN, 2700 SIXTH AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, on March 16, 1978, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 889 preliminarily approving a subdivision for <br />Roger Fazendln subject to certain conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, prior to April 17, 1978, Roger Fazendin signed <br />said Resolution thereby agreeing to said conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, said preliminary approval expired on August 16, 1978 <br />because said conditions were not completed by that date; and <br />WHEKF^S, Mr. Henry Neils, acting with interest in. the subject <br />property, has requested reconsideration of some of the conditions.of <br />preliminary subdivision approval; and said request has received a <br />lengthy review by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, none of the applicable zoning or subdivision <br />regulations has been changed since March 16, 1978, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby reaffirms the preliminary subdivision approval <br />for Roger Fazendin and hereby extends the deadline for submittal of <br />a final subdivision application to July 13, 1979 subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The final subdivision shall be submitted in the form of <br />two mylar copies of a record plat, fully .executed by all <br />parties having an Interest in the property. <br />2, The Subdivision plat shall include the following: <br />A. , Designation of *S#etland” on the drawing. <br />B. Dedication of drainage and utility easements <br />along all lot lines. <br />C.Dedication of County Road Six to a width of <br />forty (40) feet from the centerline of Hennepin <br />CSAH Six, Plat 5. <br />D.Dedication of a utility eas. merit for sewer purposes <br />according to applicant's negotiations with the City <br />of Medina (or evidence of a written easement for <br />said sewer).
