Zoning Administrator <br />DATE:May 31, 1979 <br />SUBJECT: #482 Loren Klitzke <br />555/575 Oxford Road - Subdivision <br />SKETCH PLAN REVIEW <br />Zoning District LR-IA <br />The applicant proposes realigning the shared lot line between <br />lots 4 6f 5 of the Stielow Addition. In the process of selecting <br />a suitable house site for Lot 4, the original septic test locations <br />became invalid and it proved necessary to test further south on <br />Lot 5 for the only available and acceptable soils. The inspector <br />has worked dosely with the applicant and recommends the lot line <br />change. Gaffron will report on the additional septic tests and <br />the effects on Lot 5 at our June 25, 1979 meeting. Staff recommends <br />a shared access for both lots on cul-de-sac. An area calculation <br />will be requested for Lot 5 to determine need for area variance. <br />Staff has scheduled a Public Information Meeting for June 25, 1979 <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br />I
