The plan Indlcatea that <br />the original elevation of the South property line of the Holtzer property was <br />between 958 and 960. The design elevation for top of wall Is at 963.00 with <br />the proposed grading elevation on the Holtzer property being somewhat lower. <br />The storm drainage system as designed will adequately serve the property and <br />with proper grading prevent water from running onto adjacent property. The <br />details of the Settling Manhole should be provided and rip rap should be place- <br />ed to the lake.
