Rear Yard - required: 35' proposed: 64' Plan B <br />proposed: 44' Plan A <br />• ^ <br />3. Side Yard - required: 15* proposed: 10' right <br />required: 15' proposed: 26' left <br />Staff recommends we require the 15' right side yard <br />setback. There is adequate room to make the adjustment. <br />Landscaping - Buffer Area <br />1. Front Yard - required: 20' proposed: 10' <br />Staff has no problem with the proposed 10'. Policy <br />has been to require only a 10' buffer in Navarre <br />Business District. <br />L
