The two acre lot meets all of the <br />sonlng requirements for the district. The existing house appears <br />to meet setback requirements. We will require all setbacks for <br />existing structures. The tennis court does not appear to have the <br />necessary 10* side yard setback. <br />The designated wetland has been noted as a drainage easement. The <br />applicant will be Informed of the Implications of the Conservation <br />and Flowage Easement agreement with the City. <br />In keeping with what we hope Is a consistent roadway policy, we <br />recomnend an outlet for the driveway of 30*.
