Lot 1 <br />contains the original house and appears to have no setback <br />problems. All lots meet the requirements of the Zoning District <br />The applicant must obtain a new access permit from the County <br />highway department. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - MARCH 12, 1979 <br />Planning Commission gave conceptual approval to the proposed five lot <br />subdivision of Kem Hoppe. He was advised that an entrance permit <br />from the County Highway Department will be required. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION - MARCH 26, 1979 <br />Staff recommends preliminary approval of the five lot plat of Kern <br />Hoppe subject to the following conditions: <br />1, Submission of entrance permit from Hennepin County Highway Department. <br />2. Submission of required septic testing data for four lots - Septic <br />Inspector to inspect existing house's septic system. <br />J. Developer enter into a Conservation and Flowage Easement with City. <br />4. Plat road to be reviewed by City Engineer upon receipt of County's <br />report on entrance requirements.
