Lot A was excluded from the <br />transfer without City review or approval as required by State <br />Statute for all subdivisions. <br />Lot A meets all the zoning requirements of the district. There <br />is no wetland involvement. Staff recommends approval as proposed. <br />PLANNING OOHHISSION MEETING - FEBRUARY 12, 1979 <br />• <br />Planning Commission gave conceptual approval of the proposed 2 lot <br />plat and set a Public Information Meeting for March 12, 1979 at <br />7:45 P.M. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION - MARCH 26, 1979 <br />Staff recommends preliminary approval of the Wolsfeld Lake Company* <br />two lot plat subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Submission of preliminary plans from surveyor. Staff cannot sut»mlt <br />application to Council until preliminary plans are received. <br />2.
