If this <br />is to be a private road, the section is <br />satisfactory, however, the proposed street <br />does not meet the requirements for a City <br />street. <br />The size of the culvert of Watertown Road <br />should be determined by the Public Works <br />Supervisor. <br />Drainage easements as shown in the attached <br />print shall be included on the plat. <br />We recommend that 5* utility easements be <br />provided adjacent to the street for future <br />underground telephone, gas, and electric <br />service. <br />End of letter <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br />preliminary subdivision request of Ruth V?ear <br />Estates, 2901 Watertown Road, per the Planning <br />Commission Minutes of February 7, 1977, and <br />Engineer's recommendations noting all conditions <br />as set forth.
