Existing garage meets side setback requirements for <br />accessory structure but it will require a front yard <br />variance of 35'. <br />2, A variance setback from wetlands for the 16' road easement <br />to the west will be required if the easement is not moved <br />further south. It appears to be at the narrowest point 10* <br />from wetland but setback has not been noted. <br />Access Road - the plat road, according to current road policy, <br />is classified as a private roadway (serving 3 to 12 residences) <br />requiring a 5*ton capacity gravel surface. To be consistent <br />as we are requiring with the Peterson-Olson plat (Baldur Park . <br />three lot plat), we will ask for a 40' wide radius cul-de-sac <br />to afford servicing by emergency vehicles. <br />Public Information Meeting set for April 23, 1979.
