Unfortunately, the reports to be <br />submitted have not been received. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - MARCH 12, 1979 <br />Planning Commission reviewed the joint application of the Church <br />with their representative Mr. Jim Shaw, and Inge Clci the director <br />of the proposed day care center. Staff has been advised to check <br />the Calvary Memorial file for standards to determine the adequacy <br />of the facility to operate as a church. Mrs. Cicl must await <br />Orono's final determination before a license is issued for the day <br />care center. <br />STAFF NOTE AND RECOMMENDATION - MARCH 26. 1979 <br />Joint Conditional Use Permit <br />A. Church Operation <br />Staff has reviewed the Calvary Memorial file as requested and has <br />determined a guideline for revising this phase of the application. <br />Please review applicant's letter responding to staff s questions. <br />1. Day Care Center <br />Please review enclosed letter from the State Fire Marshall. The <br />Building Inspector's memo has sited eight improvements to be completed <br />before Day Care Center can operate. This will be enforced through the <br />building permit and the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. The <br />State Fire Marshall's office will enforce their oym requirements. <br />Staff reconmends approving a conditional use permit for the church to <br />lease a portion of the facility for the operation of a day care center.
