The entire area of the first floor Is 14,400 s.f. <br />A grocery store will occupy 3,600 s.f. and the remainder of <br />10,800 s.f. Is designated for office space use. Now that the <br />building Is receiving water service from Long Lake, a sprinkler <br />system will be Installed. The Building Inspector Is working with <br />Mr. Wear on the proposed plans. All action on this application <br />must be conditional upon approval of sprinkler system plans. <br />Applicant must also submit plans for Interior office construction. <br />There Is ampled paved parking around the building. <br />PUNNING JSSION MEETING - MARCH 12, 1979 <br />Planning Conmlsslon gave conceptual approval to Mr. Wear's proposed <br />leasing of the building for general office space.
