Our last project in 1974 <br />cost the honeowners approxinately $6,500 each. For these <br />reasons, we beliovc that $25.00 per year is a small price <br />to pay to assure that all on-site systems are operating <br />properly or until such tine that City sewer is mandatory. <br />I would like to assure you that it is not our intention to <br />create any undo hardship for our residents and we are open <br />to any suggestions you might have on this matter or any other <br />City policy. <br />Please feel free to call me at my office, 473-7357, if you <br />have any comments as I would be happy to meet with you at <br />your convenience. <br />Sincerely,
