Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />DATE: February 19, 1979 <br />RE: Stubbs Bay Marina <br />At your request I have inspected the Stubbs Bay Marina area. <br />It is my opinion that if a Marina is going to be at that site there are <br />two concexns that I have; <br />1. Drainage: <br />On the north side of that property is a drainage ditch that <br />collects almost 100% of the run off from Tonka Avenue and <br />part of the north side of (Cc. Rd. 84) Bayside Rd. <br />There will also have to be drainage control on the south side <br />of the property to prevent and erosion to East Lake Street. <br />2. Access: <br />Depending on the amount of traffic generated I am sure there <br />would have to be a wider approach and possibly moved further <br />east.
