Adopt a comprehensive resolution setting forth the <br />detailed reasons for making this determination. <br />Plan '*°*'*' appropriate amendments to the City's Comprehensive <br />3. Rezone the subject property from B-2 to LR-U to be <br />consistent with existing zoning of all adjoining and <br />nearby property. <br />4. Deny the 1979 Commercial Dock License application for <br />this property. <br />5. Enforce removal of the existing hazardous docks <br />attached to this property. <br />6.
