Lv WHEREAS, the City Council has assembled reports and researched <br />the Stubbs Bay Marina Property extensively over the past s^erll y«rs <br />rrir of '^•'e Moratorium was established <br />and the City Council has duly considered the reconr.endatlonrof staff <br />public as documented In the recorfof“ ’ <br />Public Hearing called for this purpose on this date. <br />the ritv ? n* BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />hereby determines that the subject property is not <br />commercial use or activity, that the subject property <br />residential purposes compatible with all nearby properties <br />and that the City Council intends to undertake the following action^^in * <br />response to this determination; <br />1. Adopt a comprehensive resolution setting forth the <br />detailed reasons for making this determination. <br />Plan '*°*'*' appropriate amendments to the City's Comprehensive <br />3. Rezone the subject property from B-2 to LR-U to be <br />consistent with existing zoning of all adjoining and <br />nearby property. <br />4.
