Olson stated that this would be the first <br />time an ordinance of the City designated docks, piers, <br />etc. as accessory structures requiring building permits. <br />He also felt that this procedure was an excellent <br />opportunity to introduce the resident to the current <br />ordinances that govern lakeshore use. <br />ACCESSORY BLDGS. <br />Public Hearing <br />Cont. <br />Mr. Olson was present. Mabusth reviewed the subdivision ROBERT S. OLSON <br />for the Planning Commission because of the time lapse 4665 Bayside Road <br />sxnce preliminary approval and because of the new members. FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />Adams questioned the condition of the barn and the (Resolution) <br />applicant*s plan for future development of the property, §443 <br />The applicant stated it was to be used as a hobby farm <br />and there were no plans to develop the property. <br />Hammerel moved to recommend final approval of the <br />Bayview Farms plat subject to the conditions cited in <br />the staff resolution (Page 3A & 3B). Motion seconded by <br />-^Frahm. Vote: Ayes (7) , Nays (0) . Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mrs. George Steiner and her son Bruce were present. <br />Mabusth reviewed the lot line changes requested by <br />the Planning Commission. Adams restated his concern <br />that all lots were not being served by the plat road. <br />Two lots are to have access from Willowbrook Road. <br />The applicant was advised that the Public Works Director <br />would review the access locations. The County Highway <br />Department would review the existing access location <br />for serving a six lot plat.
