The length of the cul-de-sac will <br />require a variance as code allows 500' and the <br />applicant is proposing 1,000' in length. It was <br />noted that Lot 9 cannot meet the setback <br />requirements as shown. In regards to the length <br />of the cul-de-sac Planning Commission requested <br />an overall view to consider if there were any <br />other access routes. They gave conceptual approval <br />of the plat contingent upon septic testing. <br />Mr. Guthrie was present. Planning Commission gave <br />conceptual approval of the proposed plat and noted <br />a Public Information Meeting was to be held on <br />August .13, 1979. <br />Hannah moved to recommend approval of the Minutes <br />as submitted. Motion seconded by Jabbour. <br />Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0).
