The subdivision is now for <br />three lots due to septic systeii restrictions. The <br />access road will be moved to the west. Plans have <br />been submitted and are being reviewed by the City <br />engineer. Applicant stated he would remove the <br />existing road concurrent with the construction of <br />the new access.
