m <br />MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON JULY 9, 1979 <br />PAGE 3 <br />I <br />Mr. Raiche was present. The subdivision is now for <br />three lots due to septic systeii restrictions. The <br />access road will be moved to the west. Plans have <br />been submitted and are being reviewed by the City <br />engineer. Applicant stated he would remove the <br />existing road concurrent with the construction of <br />the new access. Mr. Raiche was informed that a gravel <br />road would be acceptable with this plat. <br />RICHARD RAICHE <br />2901 Watertown Road <br />SUBDIVISION <br />(#471) <br />Adams moved to recommend approval of the preliminary <br />plat contingent on the following: <br />1. <br />2. <br />o 3. <br />4. <br />Applicant reach an agreement with the City <br />Engineer for removing the existing road concurrent <br />with construction of the new road. <br />New road will be private road with underlying <br />easement to the City. Plans (drainage, etc.) <br />must be approved by the City Engineer and access <br />location reviewed by the Public Works Director. <br />Septic drainfleld sites must be designated for <br />fill three lots as a basis for approval. <br />Payment of park dedication fee $750.00 ($250/lot). <br />y.r‘ <br />Motion seconded by Hammerel. <br />During discussion Frahm questioned whether the Commission <br />should be requiring complete removal of the road or <br />Just removal of the existing access. <br />l.-ii . sSN-' <br />‘ E <br />Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />m Mr. Safar was present.
