r <br />■ M-.' <br />•f <br />it <br />r __^ <br />MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON MAY* 7, 1979 <br />The Planning Commission met on the above date. <br />Present were the following members: Chairman Wilson, <br />Hammerel, Hannah and Adams. Mabusth represented the <br />City staff. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />7:30 P.M. <br />Wilson announced the Public Meeting. Mabusth stated <br />she had the Affidavit of Publication and Certificate <br />of Mailing. No public comments were heard. Septic <br />testing has indicated that three lots will need a <br />mound system. Further testing will have to be done <br />on the fourth lot (Lot 3) to determine percolation <br />rate. The Public Meeting was closed. Due to <br />Mr. Raiche wanting four lots if at all possible, <br />Hannah moved to table the application until the <br />testing is complete and the number of lots can be <br />determined. Motion seconded by Hammerel. <br />Vote: Ayes (4), Nays (0). Motion passed unanimously. <br />RICHARD RAICHE <br />2901 Watertown Road <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Public Info, Meeting <br />7:30 P.M. - 7:40 P.M <br />(#471) <br />Mr. Perry was present. Mabusth stated that a letter <br />had been received from Ann and Harold White, of <br />450 Willow Drive South, stating they were in favor <br />of the proposal. Staff has requested that hay bales <br />be placed immediately to prevent silting and are to <br />remain until the project is completed. Mr. Perry <br />felt that because the exposed fill area already had <br />vegetation the hay bales were not necessary. Staff <br />will determine if they are still needed. Mabusth <br />also entered into the record the City Engineer's <br />recommendation that "Ditching should be completed <br />approximately 50 feet north of the south line of the <br />Perry property to allow water to flow west to the <br />ditch on Willow Drive." <br />RICHARD PERRY <br />440 Willow Dr. So. <br />COND. USE PERMIT <br />(#435) <br />Adams moved to approve the conditional use permit with <br />the condition that Mr. Perry contact the City when <br />work commences so the grading plan and amount of fill <br />can be approved by staff and contingent upon all work <br />being completed by August 1, 1979. Motion seconded <br />by Hannah. Vote: Ayes (4), Nays (0). Motion passed <br />unanimously.
