Vote: Tvycs (6), <br />Nays (0). Motion passed unanimously. <br />Wilbur Anderson and the applicant were present. <br />Cloutier explained that he was not prepared because <br />he never received a written follow up advising him <br />of his options of action. The Zoning Administrator <br />noted for the record the letter of 11-12-80 and copy <br />of Planning Commission minutes of 9-22-80 sent to <br />the applicant reviewing the alternatives. Cloutier <br />stated he must have misplaced the notification. <br />The alternatives were once again reviewed for the <br />applicant. They advised that if he chose to go with <br />the original proposal, the Planning Commission would <br />not change their original recommendation to deny. <br />A new proposal for a relocated ^;vxest house and <br />retention of one level boat house would require a <br />new review. Rovegno questioned if applicant would <br />have to apply for a new conditional use permit. <br />Staff advised that this would be considered another <br />variation of the original application. <br />Mr. Anderson was concerned that Planning Commission <br />would have to delay action again. He asked for <br />assurance that the lakeshore setback for the proposed <br />guest house would be determined by the existing <br />structures in the neighborhood. Anderson was advised <br />that this was part of the normal review and that the <br />applicant would also be informed of the ordinance <br />requirements. <br />Rovegno moved to table action on the conditional use <br />permit application of Cortlen Cloutier until the <br />Planning Commission meeting of January 19, 1981 at <br />which time the Planning Commission will act on either <br />the original proposal or a new proposal accompanied <br />by the following: <br />1. New survey showing setbacks of relocated guest <br />house - ordinance requires: <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />10' side yard setback <br />35* from rear lot line <br />average setback from lakeshore - as existing <br />houses are all setback further than 75' <br />GARY LINDGREN <br />4505 West Branch Road <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Public Info.
