MINUTES. OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 17, 1980 - PAGE 4 <br />lG£ 3 M <br />e Rd. <br />* ! <br />The applicant was not present. Planning Commission <br />noted that both lots would be served by a private <br />driveway easement located off a private road 20' <br />in width. <br />Hammerel moved to recommend approval of John Brooks <br />plat subject to the conditions and findings noted <br />in staff resolution. Motion seconded by Goetten. <br />Vote: Ayes (4), Nays (0). Motion passed unanimously. <br />The applicant's representatives were not present. <br />Planning Commission did note that upon preliminary <br />review the following additional information should <br />accompany the site plan: <br />1. Hardcover calculation to include entire physical <br />plant. <br />2. Determination of finished area and site plan to <br />reflect total parking required. <br />3. Drainage plans. <br />^ Rovegno moved to table application pending receipt <br />of additional information and time for staff to <br />review. Motion seconded by Hammerel. Vote: Ayes <br />Nays (0). Motion passed unanimously. <br />(4) <br />) <br />JOHN BROOKS <br />795 North Ferndale Road <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />(#551) <br />FIRST NATIONAL B7UJK <br />OF NAVARRE <br />2465 Shadywood Road <br />COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN <br />(#491) <br />Mr. Hussman was present. Planning Commission noted <br />the chauiges from the original PRD applied for last <br />year. Applicant stated that unless the interior plat <br />road could be shortened, he could not continue with <br />the new subdivision application. The improvement <br />costs i.ivolved were too great with the original plat. <br />The new plat has 20 units (4 single family dwellings <br />all served by Blaine and 8 duplex units to be served <br />by the plat road).
