MablJ^th^r^^senter?^^ staff. <br />Richard Ledstrom and Tony Soderman, his attorney, <br />were present. Mabusth reviewed the subdivision <br />for the new members. The environmental concerns <br />and setback limitations for Lot 2 were again cited. <br />Staff noted for the record that the culvert under <br />the causeway had been removed. McDonald stated <br />that the culvert under the causeway was never <br />approved by the City and during preliminary review <br />the applicant was advised to remove the culvert. <br />Hanunerel moved to recommend final approval of the <br />Craddock-Ledstrom Estates plat subject to the <br />conditions of the final resolution. Motion <br />seconded by Frahm. Vote: Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />The applicant was not present. Mabusth noted for <br />the record that at the time of preliminary approval <br />from Council, Mr. Chapman was granted the right <br />to move the existing house on Lot 2 to an approved <br />location on Lot 1. Before the building permit was <br />issued, the applicant was obliged to pay all the <br />necessary fees and comply with conditions of final <br />subdivision approval. <br />• <br />Hannah moved to recommend final approval of the <br />Chapman Addition plat subject to the conditions <br />cited in final resolution. Motion seconded by <br />McDonald. Vote: Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Steve Curren was present. Mabusth reviewed the <br />staff's comments and recommendations concerning <br />Curren's request to add on to his existing ohe <br />bedroSm houle and the limitations of his substandard <br />lot.
